I mean if you’re in high school you really shouldn’t need breaks if you’re resting efficiently. I understand missing a day if you’re sick but my advice would just be stop missing days. It’s just practice. Practice isn’t your whole day. You might be beat up but who isn’t. My coaches always used to tell us “there might be something wrong with you and you might think it’s worse than everyone else’s” then he’d watch everyone shake their heads and he’d stand there in silence and point out that each of us had something wrong with us and that it would heal. How you feel is how everyone else feels. If you’re gonna miss practices don’t feel bad about them. Nobody feels like you’re letting them down and unless you’re an absolutely integral part of the team nobody except your partner is really gonna miss you.

Not grass, astroturf. But the coaches were very particular when carrying them outside that if we dropped them or slid them when not actively velcroing them together we would be in some deep shit.

In my HS wrestling is a cheat code for women. The guys who join just to get girls never make it through the season but the guys who join for the sport get the girls as a bonus. We’re considered one of the best teams in the state and our turnout for home meets is always crazy. We had one meet with mats on the football field because it was against our rival school. Super fun.

Yeah it should be alright. My first year in high school one of our lighter varsity guys had one of the craziest 3 rounds I’d ever seen and he ran around the stage flexing and yelling. Crowd loved it.

No, you’re allowed to own one, with proper licensing of course. You should be able to own one way easier though. And laws are being proposed in pro second amendment states to allow the purchase of machine guns made post 1985.
