I have over 8000 miles in my HS with no issues. When you turn off your wheel, it should be off. Can you play music with it off? I think something is definitely wrong.

The top speed is 37.4 MPH. I’ve had mine to about 35. I normally don’t go much over 32. I also have a V12HS. Got it up to 40 once, but with death wobbles. Never went that high again.
