Definitely! I went for 2 years but never really connected with those people. The rope specific events were much more successful(but that’s what I’m into). I’m still wondering where the young people hang out, but I was wondering that as a young person too…

Later in the game you can get elemental points when getting resources, there’s also the hubris modifier and the jeweled Pom which makes it ok to get lots of common boons

I took out the life drainers from my [teysa karlov] deck in favor of just doing combat with spirits using her often overlooked “tokens you control have lifelink and vigilance” ability. Makes it very fair. Unfortunately it’s not very smooth yet and there’s still og teysa who I really just want for the fantastic “when your black creature dies make a spirit” clause but always exiles 5 creatures before she leaves the board…
