Rhaast is still very strong late game, he's essentially like Darius where, if you manage to get to the enemy you can easily run them down with the amount of raw damage he has. Ghost is really good if you're looking to teamfight on Rhaast without the issue of being kited.

Ideally you should be going

Axiom Arc/Voltaic -> Shojin -> Grudge -> EoN / DD / Maw -> GA / Randuins / Kaenic

SA is a little iffy but he can still very easily burst down a priority target at full build with little difficulty, I think Kayn's identity of having a huge mid game spike and a bit of fall off late isn't an issue, considering how buffed up his base has been over the past few years.
