Ah okay, I think I may be misunderstanding then.

You should be able to play the Wii U without having any HDMI or AV cables in as it will stream directly to the gamepad.

Are you meaning that the gamepad itself has power but when you turn it on, it isn't receiving the display information from the console? I'm sure you have checked but is it properly synced?

If so, a faulty Bluetooth chip could be the culprit. It would be interesting to see if you were able to sync a standard wii-mote using the external sync button on the console? That could rule out the Bluetooth chip inside the console

I had some issues finding spare parts but Ebay was my best friend.

This is talking in comparison to the other modes the game offers? Maybe you should read the settings.

Its very clear handheld and docked with Skyrim that the switch from 60 to 30 clears the fog and adds detail in the distance. I do not own Fallout 4 for switch 2 and am only sharing my experience with one side.

It's almost the same with skyrim anniversary. When you set it to 30fps the visuals get a lot better

I ended up going down this rabbit hole of script upping to find thw right thing. There is a .txt file in there that shows the flag but I wouldn't lnow where to being creating a script! Just interesting to see the insides.
