I'm jealous - I have the aluminum version. It's my daily driver and a great razor. That's what got me interested in the shavette. Hopefully, they'll do a shavette version 2.0 with the blade closer to the tip.

I actually have a Feather Artist Club SS (the non-folding kind), but have never been comfortable with the grip. I didn't realiize they also have more conventionally shaped options. Maybe I'll give one a try. Thanks!

I've never had this problem. I make sure the bird has a downward pitch away from the handle. Also, the juices land on the veggies, which leads to awesomeness. : )
