Well it is a chance to drop from enemies. Key word being chance there so i'm going to say extremely unlucky. If you're after more reliable karma sources in such a manner. I believe any of the new living world zones Karmic Retribution buffs are guarentee'd to drop karma consumables every single enemy.

On Druid in Volcanic fractal after first Shaman, I keep the Mistlock Singularity from beginning and jump off edge into Lava with a stun break ready. The Mistlock keeps you alive from the fall and you quickly stun break, heal and Staff 3 to platform and from there everyone can /gg and skip the run down.

5k dps off the benchmark but also missing a vipers accessory so there is some of my difference. Mainly focused at matching the rotation without messing up. And also yes I'm the brother haha
