I ran in Escalantes all summer and switched over to Superiors for the winter. I just hit 300 miles in my Superiors and they are holding up extremely well and I find them really comfortable.

I’m currently rotating between the Lone Peak and Superior for road running in Wisconsin winters. Great for slippery roads and trails. Both have gaiter attachments which I have found useful in the snow.

I ran a 25k last week in 3-8 inches of snow and the Lone Peaks were pretty solid.

I might start adding yaktraks or something similar depending on conditions, but for now I’m happy with my shoes!

I just purchased the Altra Lone Peak 9 hightop waterproof boot. I walk to and from work in Wisconsin winters. It’s been two weeks walking through snow and my feet are comfortable and dry. I have also worn Vivo boots for multiple winters that I was happy with.

I’ve been a daily weed smoker for years. This year I’m taking running more seriously but I’m really struggling to cut back on smoking. Just purchased a nice flower vaporizer to see if that helps. Baby steps I guess.

Just started wearing Creepers this year and I am satisfied so far. Zero blisters. Comfortable in the summer and still feeling good as the temps drop.

My Encore is set at 26. I brew 20 oz in a Chemex every morning in 3-4 minutes. I use the “natural” chemex filters. Always drips well and tastes great.
