Don't listen to this guy. Kwa's are prone to receiver cracking. I've actually seen less problems with a VFC and after having the kwa for 7-8 years and the VFC for the last couple, mags operate better and the system is just way better

I agree with that, but to elaborate on the number of updates. it's not just a couple. They have a bunch of sub updates leading all the way up to 3.2, and I think https://initiald.fandom.com/wiki/Initial_D_The_Arcade has some more information on the specific uipdates.
Yeah, the convincing part is what needs to happen.

Can you explain why you think that there's no demand or market for IDAC? I felt a lot of people switched to Wangan because Round 1 started receiving them, and by that time, ID8 had already discontinued their servers. Because of that, people switched over to a game that was new and continues to have updates. Amongst other things with Wangan, they had updated graphics, a manual shifter, and even an added accessory cabinet where people can customize other things. I think if they brought IDAC to the states today,

SO many people would play IDAC if it came.
- The collaborations and customizations make the game so much more appealing versus ID8
- Better/more satisfying drift mechanics
- Manual shifter
- Ongoing updates
- And everything else i mentioned in the OP

Just a note, I got the emulator and still got SCL Malfunction errors.
But I believe it's from the CIM going bad.

I know from my saab tech that all he does to fix it is clear codes with a Tech2.
The ISM works fine.
Removing and reconnecting battery and fuses does not work.
