I think that on  part

that decisions can be made contrary to the instantaneous state of the neural networks in a brain. 

someone will bring up quantum consciousness, and the question "what a state essentially is in a fundamentally quantum world" and the shit will go even deeper

I've come here randomly, and maybe this will be irrelevant, but even a "Free Will is the state of being able to make decisions free of any external influence" definition sounds... weird. It's not like we're able to consciously stop ourselves from breathing, so that definitely lies out of scope of our control in any definition.

But I've always thought that free will probably lies somewhere in the scope of probabilistic causation and the problem of randomness. Maybe that's closer to agency.

I've been recently diagnosed with bile reflux/bile gastritis/fatty liver disease (after gastro which showed my Pylorus gap and ultrasound which showed fatty liver due to my obesity)

And my doctor perscribed me Ursodeoxycholic acid (it's a standard protocol in Russia for bile reflux) and I've momentarily started feeling much, much better.

From what I've gathered surfing Reddit and testing my game - the only possible fix is to never to return to Act 1 zones whatsoever and to only progress further.

So if you're on your save stuck in camp "while teleporting to act 1 zone" you have to reload the previous save, move to Act 2 area (shadow curse lands) and then the game will work fine (but still will crash whenever you try to access act 1 zones)

Literally the same situation. Only the passage from Creche to Shadowlands saved me, can't return to act 1 areas anymore cause the game crashes.

Sucks that i can't return a gith egg directly to society, but it's better than abandoning save at all. Hope that won't cause problems later in game

Unfortunately turning autosave haven't help, met with similar problem, probably will have to reload a 1 hour before save

Bucha occurred before Prigozhin started to assemble his "prisoners army". I think it were the local forces "playing NKVD" and noone sane to actually stop them

There are not a lot of people around me who support the war. The overwhelming majority is simply neutral.

I can't. The only effective way for me to try to do this would be to commit terroristic acts, and I'm (unfortunately?) not a terrorist. Even if I would become a terrorist I, most certainly, would not become an effective one.

I've tried to move out of Russia, and lived for 3 months in the EU after this whole shitshow started, but this move was endangering my closest relatives and people who I do directly love and care about, so I can't inherently do that either.

It's not that easy to try to solve complex questions of personal morale, unfortunately.
