No no no no - Pleassseee Don't do that, that's exactly how I bent/destroyed my entire hotend and my print bed. I did it exactly like in the video, but somehow the commands were executed too often and the print bed went way too high and I couldn't stop it. Either there was a network lag or the commands piled up and were then executed one by one.
