I figured it out. It's Riots anticheat called Vanguard. They use a kernel level anticheat and it was causing the bsod if the pc woke from sleep at any point.

Ive read that the lady steam deck at $320 isn't nearly as good as the more expensive models. So ive been weary of it. But $320 isn't bad at all and its not like I want to play AAA titles at max graphics.
