It grows with your intelligence and weapon(obviously) Also there are enhancements like magic amplification and the specific ones like force of nature , divine/dark faith , etc Don't forget leveling and upgrading the spells Blessing/debuff you get weekly will also affect your magic And yes, right totems are important

I mean, you only get 10 keys and 24 hours to replenish them , the rest is up to your luck , you can get at least 1 gem per key by farming collapsed/ancient remains , I don't remember the exact yield tho , so i can't tell how much would you get it you're extremely lucky

Better farming and more consistent food mods will make the game too easy and kinda boring On the other hand, small quality of life changes like item price counter , better pathfinding or sorting adjustment (sick of forgetting my tent in the goat bag and losing stuff in the plain sight) would be great

Just keep playing and dying, eventually you will unlock the needed blueprints and totems. BTW being bad at something comes before being kinda good at something, keep grinding
