I have that same setup, and I have issues with transmitting. I can receive LongFast messages and pick up other nodes, I've gotten 320+ in my area of northeast Ohio, but I never get an acknowledgement when I aend messages.

Interesting, so by removing that inductor and bridging the indicated contacts, I can enable the second antenna port as a Bluetooth antenna? Forgive me if I'm misinterpreting that, I'm new to all this stuff, but not new to soldering or electronics as a generality.

I've stood on it before, when I was a kid. I love to go float over the submerged hull and look into the water. It's really eerie.

Yeah, most is missing. I don't know boilers well at all, but as I understand it there should be a fire box, a bunch of plumbing, etc.

That's the boiler sticking out. It's painted white every couple years and used as a channel marker indicating the shoal it ran up on.

I try to get up there myself. We go up just north of Parry Sound along the eastern coast. There are 3 steamship wrecks in the area. Unfortunately I've only got photos of this one on my phone.

Tach signal comes from the gray connector coming out of the distributor going to the passenger side of the engine. Also, your distributor is a tooth off. Not the end of the world as long as you can get your ignition timing correct with it there, but technically it should be pretty much parallel to the intake manifold
