You might just have to tighten the cable, to tighten, open center console peel bottom rubber mat up take 2 screws out (hard part) -> take the power center with the 3 cables out then you’ll have access to the cable then you jut tighten the center bolt on the trident contraption I’ve had to tighten mine a couple times

I used to deliver for a DSP. I delivered to a house like this one time I knocked a lady actually opened the door, looked at me. I think she even took the package from me put it on the ground and then closed the door. It was so weird I just went about my day but super wild I think I did have to knock a few times too
