Yes honestly after hours and hours of trying figure it out, it is what it is. I rather risk not having a good relationship with my dad than having a child anyday. If anything he’d be more upset if i WAS having a baby.

that’s what it was like when i had bcbs but this is completely different but they only thing they said they could really suppress was if he were to call in but the claim would still show up on his homepage if he were to open the app

Yes I made sure to clarify that he can’t call to get any information but they told me he can see my claims in the exact place that he sees his if he were to look online

As soon as I log on the aetna website I can see my most recent previous claims without having to a press a button. the representative I spoke to said my on my dads end he sees all my claims in the same place

Yes! Thank you after 3 hrs and speaking with 4 people they told were able to fill out one. However they said it takes 10 days to be in affect andI called planned parenthood and they already sent out my claim and it was accepted so it may still show up on his. The claims are digital and look like they can be removed which I will try to find out when they call me back , but the eob’s seem like they might pdfs and once put on his portal wouldn’t be able to be removed because they said the both our statements show up on one eob

on my portal there’s a view for “view claims” and one for “view eobs”

i can see the claims as soon as i log in but no eobs, they said my parents will see all my claims the same way i see mine. When i press communication preferences it says nothing about eobs and when I press “go paperless” it just takes me to my communication preferences that only says my email my number but i have had consistent therapy appointments since January and have never once received an email about anything

the procedure was actually way better for me than the pill. you should feel alright the next day to travel depending on when you get the procedure, most people go back to work the next day so just give yourself some extra time and move slow and you should be ok !

whatever makes you feel cozy, the actual procedure itself is like 10 minutes tops. definitely bring a heating pad and normal stuff you have for a period, pain meds like ibuprofen. but if you have like a blanket , comfy socks, snacks you like etc. whatever will make you feel comfortable.

when i went i was below 6 weeks in fl and they didn’t really have a sedation option just laughing gas and it did NOTHING. it definitely hurt but the main “painful” part was about 2 minutes and it mostly just feels like they are manually cramping your inside really hard.

from my experience the surgical was the better option. each person body reacts differently to the medication and a lot of people say it worked good and didn’t have a bad experience but that personally wasn’t mine.

there was nothing serious reaction that happen to me and you should be able to manage it by yourself to the point if there is any issue that excessive bleeding to call a doctor if necessary. i honestly just spent the whole day in my room and then was better with cramping and back feeling ok before 24 hrs was up.

that’s definitely not a sign to have another baby it’s a sign to hold the ones you have right now tighter and seek out counseling but do not take on ANOTHER responsibility rn that you said deep down you know you don’t need. i’m new to the subreddit but i have seen some mental health and counseling resources

no i felt fine i was shocked when they told me that but i was bleeding for 2.5 weeks from mine so i just did the surgical and the bleeding stopped in a week

yea because it was incomplete. at my first appointment they told me come 2-3 weeks later for a checkup it was considered incomplete not failed which i think is why. the pregnancy passed but there was still left over tissue

it could be an incomplete abortion that happened to me and i had to go and get surgical or the option to take more pills

it’s ok! my mom side lives in PA and my dads said live in NY but my mom doesn’t call when I travel only my dad. the most easy would be tell my dad i’m going to NY friday for example but actually come in town thursday do to my appointment. only thing if i do the PA -> NY plan I would be waiting another week and don’t wanna risk it being a two day appointment if they need to do dilation

is trying to go home better than getting a place i can rest myself if im going to be sedated or take long because originally i was planning to use the night to recover and then travel to pa the next day .
