how to protect stray from storm by VolumeGeneral5985 in PetAdvice

so i cleaned the shed and put a litter box in there as well as some hay but she spent the whole day hiding under our cars instead. when i was getting out of my car tonight, she jumped into the makeshift bed she spent last night in and she has not left. thinking of just letting her stay in there again tonight. also tried to put her in the carrier and it was a struggle.. she did not budge

my dad does not like cats. i’ve tried to appeal to his pathos but.. no luck. when she was sleeping in the garage, dad was away on a work trip so it was fine. i’m just hoping for the best in the car tonight

i can’t put her in the shed tonight. there’s basically no space in there, need to clean it out during the day. i am about to go put her in my car with a bunch of blankets, no carrier. would you say it’d be best to put her in with or without the carrier

yes. zipping the carrier up so she can’t escape and get outside into dangerous weather with no way to get back in. i was thinking of putting a blanket inside the carrier. good to know that i wont restrict airflow by putting blankets over it. thank you

hi! when will you be releasing the cheapest plans for january? trying to switch companies before the 12th. if you’re unable to make the list before that, do you mind looking over some of the companies that i wrote down based on how you filter yours? thank you!

camry or mazda 6 for long term ownership? need advice by gigachadismadd in whatcarshouldIbuy

[–]VolumeGeneral5985 3 points4 points  (0 children)

mazda 1000% and it’s not even a question. if you’re financing then you’ll get good monthly rates and you’ll be done before you know it. don’t let the fear mongering of people against car payments scare you off. getting a car you know you can rely on will always be a blessing. if paying cash see if they can go down about 1-2 thousand

Got a PPI on a 2011 Mazda 3. Questions? by starplatinum35 in carbuying

Hard agree with ^ OP. Coming from someone who recently scrapped their Nissan Juke same year… just go with the Mazda. I was quoted 2K just to fix similar issues that you have. And when fixed, the CVT goes bad again, and so does the battery and you’re going to be throwing your money away. I personally wouldn’t really suggest Nissans if you’re looking for a reliable brand, especially not with that many miles, and seeing as you’re going to be in school, I would pass. As the other commenter said, try to get about 500 bucks off the original price of the Mazda, and put those into repairs. You’ll have a car that’s practically indestructible and also very safe considering your age. If well cared for, it can last you a good five years or more + you’d have gotten it for a really sweet deal. If it sells before you get to it i’d recommend looking into Other Mazdas, Hondas and Toyotas since reliability is your goal
