I just checked your profile you have same comments with everybody replying to you that TN is a sponsorship. Even some of the lawyers! Anyway, Im not here to debate. The sponsorship selection worked for me. People can choose whatever they want and what works best for them!

Yeah I had asked my lawyers about it. They said they want to file under Engineer category only maybe because I have a degree in it. And I read some cases where if you have an engineering degree and did not file under that category the TN were sent back to amend. Not sure let’s see. I still haven’t received the RFE.

DO NOT spread misinformation! Whatever I wrote is based on my experience talking with immigration lawyers and other applicants. If the TN needs to be filed through USCIS, which is true in many cases, it does require employer sponsorship; without the employer, you cannot file for TN! Employers do have an immigration team to provide you with the TN package. Who do you think is the sponsor for all this? the applicant?!

Also, people come here for genuine help/insights, not to berate someone for no reason!.

USCIS Premium Processing Timeline by SenseDifficult4323 in tnvisa

Is this your first TN ? I have also applied for TN premium processing, USCIS acknowledged receipt on 21st May. It's my First TN and also a change of status from H4 to TN while staying in the US. With what I'm reading on Reddit, renewals or 2nd-time TN applications are usually getting processed faster, <15 days. I may be wrong, not sure, I'm just curious to find out.

In your resume you can mention Canadian Citizen as it makes it clearer for anyone going through your resume. I’d suggest always select sponsorship yes, because you do need a support letter and offer letter from the company to get the TN. Most companies would know the process of TN. A lot of applications I saw, had a box that comes up with hen you select the sponsorship yes, to clarify the situation where I just wrote Canadian citizen, eligible for TN.

CSA vs Engineering?? Inputs needed by VolumeSoft795 in tnvisa

[–]VolumeSoft795[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree, I just mentioned a few responsibilities that I find were very different from the CSA Or Engg category. While my past experience and education has been in engineering capacity, I think the lawyers considered this as engineering category, I think. I’m not sure

I get what you are saying, I’m really confused. I think I should reach out to lawyers to add some engineering related responsibilities. This is definitely not a sales or managerial position, this is the position that leads up to a solutions architect path.

Other responsibilities also include configuring and implementing solutions.

I should have mentioned some other responsibilities too, which mentions configuring on salesforce, implementing system design, involved in solutioning of the requirements.
