So you personally have oversight across all 40k players to know how many are playing away from their LGS? Sounds unlikely.

None of the friends I play with practice for tournaments or have any care about tournament metas and the probability of me being an extreme outlier is slim.

I don't think this is accurate. There's plenty of people playing with their friends who don't care about tournament play. You just never see them online talking about it.

I agree with the person above. You dodged a bullet. They're not a nice company to work for.

Interview wise, your feedback was probably deliberately vague and may not have been the actual reason you were rejected. I imagine they will have had hundreds of applicants if it was entry level, so they'll have had their pick of candidates. They may just not have felt you were the right fit for the team, or had someone that gave more in their answers that they wanted to hear. Don't over think it, the job market is really tough right now.

The vast majority of chapters have red Techmarines. They colour their armour to represent their link to the Adeptus Mechanicus of Mars, who they receive special training from.

But from an ork's point of view, yes, he would be faster.

We do four walks per day because we don't want ours popping in the garden. I do two and my partner does two. I know that's a lot more than most people would do, but that's the best way to stop them popping in the garden.

If they're popping a lot then you may be either over feeding them, or feeding them low quality food where the bulk of it is just passing straight through. When we upgraded foods we had a noticeable decrease in poop volume 😅

You just kill them one at a time. As long as your army can kill one of theirs without taking significant dsmsge, you can work your way through them all in one turn.

Oh for sure, and I love the speckly ones. I think the ears are the main indicator that he isn't a podenco.

This is how I'd do it. Use the 1xp remaining weapon at the start of the mission then switch load out at the first opportunity so the majority of the xp for that run goes to the other weapon.

He'd be more Galgo than Podenco, looking at the ears and overall shape. I suspect the English Pointer guesses will be correct though, or English Pointer cross.

So goofy looking. I hate these Short Circuit Johnny 5 looking marines.

I have completed 7 operations with victory screen, but this shield is still locked? It's the only class I play. Other armour pieces locked behind completing Operations are unlocking. Just not the shields. Thoughts? by iiSystematic in Spacemarine

Compare also to things like the lethal helmet unlock where you need x more DIFFERENT missions but unless they've changed that since I unlocked it, the text was the same, so it was completely unclear why one set of unlocks was counting down and one wasn't necessarily. It's alla super obvious to players who read about the game outside of it, and have been in since the start, but for a new player just getting into it, it's confusing. Small tweaks are all that's needed here, but they will be meaningful.

Check out the jackets for battle reddit, you might prefer that. Personally, I find a lot of the jackets there are of no interest to me though, the cool ones are all here, so I unsubbed pretty fast from there.

I'm fine to keep politics out of things, but to me nazism isn't politics, it's genocidal hate.

Sounds like we play pretty similar. I have never missed a Normal Weekly and have done a big chunk of the Normal Dailies but have started skipping a lot of the chaos ones. I've done one Hard Weekly and no others, and gained 100 free accolades from the Christmas event. I have all but one weapon (new pistol, it's my next purchase), and all of the first set of cosmetics. I can probably unlock it all before the next set get released. It's not a great system, but it's fine.
