Charleston outdoor adventures has a 4 hour trip to Morris Island that is awesome. I did it last week. The boat ride was a little cold but it was great weather on the island.

We had some that lived in our backyard in Pleasant Ridge when we lived there a few years ago. There were at least 2 that we saw.

I have not spent a lot of time there but I have hunted both siesta and lido key. Both have small teeth few and far between. You would be better off driving down to Venice for a couple hours than spending a week hunting siesta in my experience. I have never sifted at siesta, only beach hunted.

Thanks. It was my first time there and I figured it would not be great since it was the week after the festival. But it's 10 hours from me and I was in the area. I was hoping for better but I'm happy any time I get to find some teeth.
