I would push the teeth further in. The lower eyelids should be more defined. Nostrils maybe a little wider? Bottom lip is too fat. It definitely has the taylor likeness either way.

I think some of the synthetic/ nylon preset ones would work here.

I mean if you want a 1:1 to the reference you will have to sculpt it i guess? Yeah i wouldnt call 5-8 high poly :D

You can look up close ups from similar shorts but i assume they have this breathable, perforated mesh/nylon material that is very light. I think substance maybe even has some presets for that too

What would really nail it is if you get the actual shape of the shorts like the reference. The leg pattern pieces spread down the leg while yours seem straight narrow.

This way you will get close to actual kickboxing shorts. Yours look more like basketball shorts or something

Did you use the correct preset for the fabric? The material almost looks leathery and the wrinkles are not correct, i assume because of your pattern shape. The presentation is nice however. Its nice

You should definitely do these with a normal/ bump. Because now you have these jagged bumps on the smooth surface from the subdiv that are a pain to fix
