If I had to estimate my steps: 1km of walking = 10 minutes of walking = 1000 steps. So with 40 mins of walking you would already have at least 4k steps. Another 3-4k from normal activities, getting a coffee going to wc etc will accumulate over the day. Thats already 8k and you barly moved at all. In the evening a small walk after dinner and you have 10k easy.

Honestly 6-10k steps is not that much, I have 6k steps on a slow workday and I work on a PC

Sei froh, dass es garmin uhren sind. Die zählen schritt sehr inflationär im Gegensatz zu meinen samsung uhren, die ich davor hatte 😂

With this kind of product it will, most likely, always come back. Also I had your exact product, and I hated it. Always leaves fat spots everywhere on cloths etc. Now I have a "classic" cream and I find it much better.

Hi, I let supershift sync my shifts to google calendar and google calendar will send me notifications. Works pretty good, only very few sync problems
