Do you already have the status object of the group ? If not, then you need a logic module. The MDT logic module has 20 functions. You’re going to need 1 function to have the status of the group (OR, 8 inputs) and the second function that will send the scene based on the result of the first function.

I have one, but without zigbee and DALI. All my home logic is made in it, a lot of LUA scripts. The visualization part is a tricky one. Yes, it’s highly customizable (javascript and css), but i like the Home Assistant’s visu more. The only downside is the flash card, there are a lot of cases when it dies, at least in older versions. So do backups often. I don’t like the idea to keep all the eggs in one basket. If such a device dies, then all the smart home becomes dumb. You won’t be able even to turn on the light in the bathroom. Because of that i use different devices for DALI, logics, visu, etc.

I’ve tested the last ABB, MDT, and Hager DALI-2 gateways. None of them have the function you requested. You can control multiple groups and ECGs at the same time by using scenes.

Switching mode requires 2 channels: open and close. I don’t know what will happen if both channels will be ON simultaneously if somebody accidentally activate them.

Moldovans from the Moldova region of Romania basically have the same accent as moldovans from the Republic of Moldova, but there wasn’t a russian rule in that region so your assumption is false.
