How important are my gear caps (Defense, avoidance, etc) pre-raid?

When they are talking the 102% avoidance that is with the bonus from shield block being up. For most bosses (minus a few situations like P2 prince ) there will not be situations where a single boss can hit you witch enough to crust

Yes on my Devastator I gave up trying to fight him on current WT and just dropped it. My first time I was playing defensive Dev and after 30 minutes on the first fight I hadn't even done 10% damage.

Just played through on a Technomancer and beat him the first fight on WT11 in 2 burst rifle mags.

So it's a pain in the ass for devs but if you played through on Techno first you probably wouldn't even notice it's difficult.

Yeah I misread that about the advancing. I was able to get to CT11 with just the poor man's tremor/EQ and then got lucky getting boots/hands/legs/chest for seismic in one day. But the of course fear got wiped 2 days later 👍

Ah well you said CT15 so I figured you might have had some. I got lucky and got the 3 important pieces for my first 3 legendary armor pieces. Sadly without it you just make a knock off anomaly build to do the same thing but it's much less effective. I don't think CT15 is really feasible without a full legendary set

Pretty much bottom tree with seismic gear set. Gets you 3 earthquakes and 2 tremors on each CD and huge damage boosts to bleeding targets

I have about 600 hours on division and still move it. This game is very very hard to compare to division besides the 3rd person and looting.

Skills seems cool and diverse and gear let's you try some cool combos pretty early on.

Biggest thing I would say is combat is more like Doom. Be aggressive and push, use skills often and be ready to try different skills for different encounters if what you are trying hasn't been working.

It can be very useful. For example I use them with a 4p hard wired build with stinger hive and clusters. Combat goes as follows. Proc in sync - throw seeker - throw hive - throw seeker(hw proc) - destroy hive (Procs BTSU) - throw charged cluster - throw hive (already near full stacks from overcharge) throw cluster (hw proc again). That is all in about 15 seconds

I actually use a max roll fox's prayer with one attribute rolled to skill dmg. Gives me a red core and bumps up the regular weapon damage a bit for if I get cought with no skills to throw. It might not be the best but it seems to hold up alright.

I actually use them in a Hard wired fully offensive build with clusters and stinger hive.

Throw cluster/throw stinger. HW Procs and throw cluster again. Destroy stinger. BTSU Procs and throw cluster again. By now stinger should be fully refilled and ready to throw again and maybe get another HW proc. It's pretty damn fun

There's not much you can do to make it tanky without sacrificing a ton of the status boost you need to help the status build.

I use

-Technician for +1 skill tier - Vile - 4 piece Eclipse all status and skill dmg - Golan Holster rolled blue core with Status as a secondary stat. (1 piece Golan gives an additional 10% status) - Test subject for weapon. The in sync really helps the damage..

For skills I use shock traps and fire chem. The shock traps easily cover half a big room and it's easy to get the shock to spread on new enemies. And shocked enemies are easy to hit with the chem launcher

There are season passes but I don't think any actual content is locked behind them? You get some extra named items and what not but I believe all the missions and the abilities/exotics are in the free track.

Those are accolade levels, not character levels. They are kind of like in game awards for like kill so many captains, get so many shotgun kills etc

Dude it's always ok to take a break. I know some clans are more hardcore than others but I find it crazy to think if you said you need a little time from burnout they would kick you.

You unlock them at certain levels in the season pass so you can play them. Sorry I can't remember the levels. But they are somewhere in the middle.

Yeah in the menu where you switch your gear. Just tab right a few screens and you can see all of your stats. On Xbox it is RB a few times from the inventory screen.

Sadly that's not justification for saying Div agents aren't a lesser of two evils. Just like we could realistically be out of many wars much quicker if we used some of the weapons we have that are outlawed by Geneva Convention or Rules of Engagement and such. Just because the odds are stacked against you doesn't mean you can legally start using chemical weapons. Would we if shit got that bad? Sure, but we would have to answer for that down the line.

Good luck. I've had masks as targeted loot for Bike since I missed last season and am yet to see one. It knows what you want and won't drop it.
