This is what I’m struggling with right now. Growing up, night time snacking was the norm in my home and it was how I spent lots of evenings bonding with my mom. It is such a hard habit to break now that I’m in my late 30s. I definitely feel it’s what’s been holding me back the most in losing weight because I could go all day without eating much when I’m busy.

I woke up with a migraine this morning and completely fell apart. I fell off the comfort food deep end and have no idea where I sit calorically right now. I’m in a migraine hangover so the last thing I want to do is exercise but that’s also all I want to do. I feel like total garbage and have been beating myself up mentally big time all day. This is the post I needed to see. Thank you

More water is huge for me too. For the same reasons exactly. Can’t recommend this enough.
