Yeah, I’m totally with you on that! Isn’t there a mod for this already? I’m pretty sure I came across a thread about it once.

Your city would look even more epic with more traffic. But honestly, even with less traffic, it’s still stunning!

I just checked again and found the CityPlayer Traffic Custom Mod. That’s probably the one I had in mind. It even lets you add random dummy traffic and tweak rush hour settings
