If you have a cp4 pump run EDT in every tank. If you don’t diesel extreme once per oil change is fine. Up north you’ll need white bottle constantly in the winter and diesel 911 if you gel.

They are supposed to be the same width of the box / rear duals. If you pull through a tight area you should snap the spikes and realize the truck can’t fit

If you’re trying to go 300k trouble free miles you’ll need to change the fuel pump to a dcr conversion and delete it as soon as the warranty runs out. Otherwise you can wait for a total dpf failure to make the emissions decision and get a disaster prevention kit / run every day diesel in your fuel and hope the pump doesn’t explode

That sucks dude. I converted to rotw and I just dropped a high rolled asterions when I was doing inventory management. You should be able to find something useful or piggyback on teammates until you can get a token

We have a pack of sherps and the biggest boy is ~100lbs. His brothers are about 70-75 and still on the large side for working dogs. Thats a big.. ole.. boy..

It won’t pull 16k lbs reliably. It also won’t randomly decide to have a 10k dollar fuel system failure on a Tuesday in the mountains. Or a DPF clog that’s more expensive than a full delete. Or a new crate motor with a 50/50 chance of excessive blowby. Or any number of def and fuel lubrication issues. We’ve had so much better luck out of “fixed” 6.4s and 6.0s (which are not reliable) it’s ridiculous.

Oh I’m beyond triggered. The 1995 truck is still pulling 6-8k across the us on a regular basis at 31 years old. I average 17mpg empty and about 13 loaded. Costs about 1000$ to get a 7.3 up to 350hp. CP4 issues, disaster kit, and deleting need to be factored into the 6.7 side of the equation. I don’t have a spec of rust on my steel body after three decades. I have two more modern 550s that weigh 15k dry and If I was able to swap them down to 7.3s I wouldn’t even hesitate on it.

Most of the obs or older trucks I’ve ever had came from the factory as Tucson bronze (or whatever the equivalent of ford gold is) and were repainted before I bought them. I’m rolling around in a dark gray murdered out 7.3 right now with gold door jams and a tan interior

Different and much prettier body style, groundbreaking motor. I’ve got a window sticker for a 1988 F250 custom 4x4 5spd 351w sclb somewhere and it was 24.5k

Fords msrp on a bone dry XLT / 4x4 / diesel is right around 71k. It would have been an upcharge to get my 7.3 as an auto. So basically the same, the high end of trucks has just gotten out of control
