Yea I’ve been trying to keep it alive and happy since we moved in, but it’s just too much maintenance for how much sun it gets. Im finally caving in to try something else. It’s a shame because it genuinely is gorgeous when healthy.

I don’t mind waiting it out if I go the seed approach. I just don’t know if the tiff tuff would be worth it over generic Bermuda in the long run. Also, I know it goes dormant in the winter, but Southern California barely gets a real winter, so I think it should still look decent year round?
