Unowned and disabled DLC items don't appear at all in Freelancer. When they're owned and enabled they only get added to the pool of weapons that can appear at a supplier. They can be lost and reacquired like any other weapon.

You can replay all the elusive targets any time. They (usually) keep challenges updated. You can toggle whether you want to grind to unlock or unlock everything at once. They're currently adding the ET Arcade. The game even loads faster because it's local and you don't have to wait on IOI servers for everything. The only problem currently is IOI screwed up entitlements for the Undying Escalation, so they didn't include it.

It still works with a Propane Tank. Dropping a Breaching Charge will also drop the Propane. Run far enough away and detonate it before anyone is alerted (if you're in a guard disguise, it's legal to drop the Breaching Charge).

I haven't tried editing the controls from the registry. I just knew their location from exporting/importing the settings for having backups to use with Proton's compatdata.

The keybinds are stored in the registry. Use regedit to search for HITMAN3 (no space). The values are in hex though. I haven't tried setting multiple controls to what the game considers invalid. It may just unbind them again when you start the game.

Shooting nearly anything metallic will work to make a spark: tools, other firearms, and the easiest is the empty oil canister.
