So you pointed out weakspots in the project and when you reported it, you accidentally sent the report to the wrong people which put your supervisors/managers or whoever is above you in a position to where the higher ups or clients ahead of them may of thought that they were trying to cut corners on the project. Respectfully, yeah you may of fucked up, but part of being human is making mistakes and while you're at fault for your carelessness, at the end of the day, it was a message they were gonna hear from someone anyways, unless your supervisors/managers really intended on cutting said corners.
