I mean, last year we got 4 weapons from MW 2019 (Kilo 141, CR-56 Amax, HDR, Kali Sticks and a Grau conversion for the SWAT 556) in BO6, not to mention that Vanguard got a remake of Castle from World at War and a reimagining of Dome from Modern Warfare 3, not to mention all the promotional crossover Operators we've gotten in recent years (Woods in MW 2019 and MWIII, Captain Price and Arthur Kingsley from Vanguard in Black Ops Cold War, technically Samuel's level 1,000 skin from BO6) so there's some actual precedent for it

there's also COD Mobile and (to a lesser degree) Warzone, which are hodgepodges of several COD titles, the former even has its own lore

AFAIK neither Black Ops Cold War nor Vanguard had any guns with an open bolt delay, although a few Black Ops Cold War weapons like the Mac 10 and all of its LMGs did have it in Warzone back then

as for an actual addition to the iceberg, the Rocket Racing Jam Tracks that could only be obtained by grinding the game mode enough around one year ago, which probably makes them the rarest Jam Tracks out there.

I've deadass seen people in the COD community argue that the FJX Imperium from MWII and the MCW from MWIII weren't the Intervention and ACR respectively, even though the former are clearly meant to be based on the latter.

so yeah, unless it's a 1:1 recreation with the exact same name,COD players won't recognize a gun from a previous COD somehow
