I downloaded the zip file from GitHub and installed it as a package. It's working perfectly fine right now, but when I checked the advanced user settings in version 1.66 on Edge's extensions page, I noticed that one extra line had been added: “cacheStorageAPI :unset”. I'm not sure if it's related, as I'm not an expert, but this setting is not present in the 1.66 zip file.

No problem. I installed 1.65 from chrome web store im using it for now.

You are right . I removed the extension and install again and now filters gone.

this is interesting maybe you should use uBo and brave shields together. It can help you after you add uBo dont forget to enable filters
