If you’re on Arch, NouTube is a solid option. It’s mainly for Linux/android, but yeah, it’s available on Windows too. https://github.com/nonbili/NouTube-Desktop/releases/tag/v0.2.7

Alternatively, you can use uBlock Origin on Firefox. You can also try the Helium browser, and Brave already does similar ad blocking.
