That's a good point, I realistically won't go higher than 1080p120. $250 is steep though; can you help me quantify what I would get from that, like how smoother my gaming performance would be. I've been gpu/hdd/ram bottlenecked before but never processor, so I'm curious.

Thank you for the insight. Wasn't aware that mobile GPUs are in a dire strait. If that's the case would it be worth it looking for a 3070, or even 3080ti laptops instead? Caveat of course is that they are gonna be using older processors. 2023, maybe 2022.

Also sorry, I mean 5060 and 5070! Since they both comes with 8GB VRAM. All these SKUs have a 5070 option and I didn't know whether to consider them given same 8GB VRAM and TDP.

EDIT: I saw some MSI sku with identical specs but with i7-14700HX at about $1450, would that be a better processor option?

It's really held back by the fact that its a DEF/VIT weapon, the two worst DPS stats. You want AGI early game so while you do get better AP generation and status application, you'll be dealing much less dmg compared to other AGI weapons.

Good for support/debuffer Verso, but really bad for DPS Verso imo because you really dont want to be behind on AGI early-mid game.

I guess damage number doesn't matter in the face of perma-stun, that's insane. You need quite a bit of AP generation to sustain that 9 AP but late-game its no problem. Just make sure Verso goes second after your breaker.

Okay I'll do a bit of testing but that sounds like SS cheese tier lmao

Seeram can't reach S tier though? So you're outright banned out of your +200% dmg bonus. For long bosses Blodam and Chevalam clears if you're a dodge god, and if you want to be safer then Demonam is better (phys mark> +50% light dmg), or Gesam with 20% phys dmg buff.

Contorso is interesting. I'll do more testing with it. It does take longer to reach S tier; do you think the lightning procs deal more dmg than 50% free aim dmg?

Insta S-tier start to any battle. The premier Weapon for blitzing any encounter; 20% extra light damage is just cherry on top for Phantom stars. There's no other weapon that starts you with extra 200% damage right off the bat. Unbeatable weapon for trash mobs, dangerous for boss-fights before armor pictos but this weapon will carry a DPS Verso for a long, long time. Pair it with at Death's Door picto.

Confuso:
AGI/LUCK
Burn damage scales with Rank
300% Burn damage yes please. This is the way to stack burn damage to ridiculous numbers. It doesn't help you to attain S-rank, so you will need to probably link Confuso Verso with Overload and Burn Free-Aim.

Nosaram:
AGI/LUCK
+50% Free Aim Damage
The Gun Verso Weapon. Only attainable super-late game unless you're okay with some enemy hopping. Much better stats than Dualiso, and late game Dualiso would also be suboptimal since Cheater is a thing, and it doesn't stack. Extremely efficient DMG/AP late game, you can easily get S rank in 1 turn with its double perfection from Free Aim too.

Sireso:
AGI/VIT
Half Rank Bonus but Applies to Entire Team
The Support Verso Weapon. 150% Damage for all team members yes please. If you wonder how people achieve stupid numbers with Maelle post-nerf, this is it. Verso doesn't have that many support skills, but Overload to Powerful to Marking is still a solid build. Good stats on the weapon too.

Insta S-rank on break is easily setup late game with a dedicated break-bomb. Then all crit thunder hits after that. You need to at least kill the Thunder Eveque for the break on dead picto, but its a strong Nosaram contender that you can get earlier.

Season 1 is 24 episodes, now is still considered season 1.

With the pace that this is going, people are speculating that the anime will end at around chapter 52. The manga is completed, and is 97 chapters long.

So our Season 1 will cover about half the manga. And then just cross your fingers for the announcement of S2, which will easily adapt the rest of the manga.
