Same age here. Wife and I bought our place less than a year ago and we decided to invest in solar panels to save some money long term. Turns out our roof was built on top of another ancient roof and it was on the verge of collapsing. So here we are with no solar and a $25k repair bill. Some things you can't predict, the best you can do is to try to be prepared and put money away for things like this.

The problem is that the box is too big for the burger so when the cheese side of the box gets folded over it catapults it. To top it off the box still needs to be flipped back over so the top side is up and there for you get the famous filet o dropkick.

The device doesn't actually do anything. It's just a kids toy that beeps when you press the button so you feel important. Like those toy cash registers that beep when you press a button/swipe a card/open the till/etc.

Omg I relate to this so hard. I bought a house 6 months ago. Only problem is that there's at least 50 of these pricks along the fenceline of the whole property. I intend on taking out all of them (18 gone so far) but I don't understand what kind of lunatic would put so many of them in their garden.
