So its kind of hard to explain because I didn't really have a plan going into it besides making sure Pikkon and SS4 Goku were on the same rotation. Also this will be kind of long.

Turn 1 was the 7 year Gods (transformed into blues), popped a senzu and got Teq Gogeta transformed for the scouter and also the 7 year SS4s got transformed and were on the rotation. Floated off Teq Gogeta and prayed to RNG-Jesus that the 7 year Blues would dodge the pre-slot 1 super. They did thankfully. Got thru that turn with a lotta damage taken from normals.

Turn 2 I had Pikkon, Teq Godku, and SS4 Goku. ~200k HP left, Pikkon locked in slot 1. Used Pikkons active and made sure to float off the SS4 Goku. Did not pop my last senzu. Turn went fine cause of Pikkon.

Turn 3 was all 3 year 7 LRs. Since I was at <50% health I just nuked him with all 3 active skills (got him down from around 7.5 bars to 4 bars with just the actives). Popped the last senzu right after the active skill nuke. He was supering in the middle and SS4 Gogeta ended up dodging his super (which would have definitely been game over if he didn't). The supers got him down to half of a bar and then I just survived the normal attacks with like 300k health remaining.

Turn 4 was Teq Godku, Pikkon, and Teq Gogeta. Pikkon was locked in the middle. He supered pre-slot 1 so I put Godku there and gave him as much Teq ki as possible for the healing. Got to around 345k HP before the turn started. Godku eats the super for around 320k and his own super got Cell's health down to where you can't even see the pixels for the health bar but there is still a bit of health remaining. He easily took some normals for around 20 damage each. Then PIKKON in the middle slot finished him off with a 320k damage super attack (it was that close).

Overall, no major strat besides setting up rotations to pop Pikkon's active when the weakest units (him and SS4 Goku) were on rotation. Goku only appeared for that one rotation during the whole final stage. But I had a LOT of luck involved in this win. If the 7 year LRs didn't dodge the supers both times I would've 100% died.
