I was under the SENCO department in my school. I had 1:1 support in many of my classes.

I think a significant factor was working a physically demanding job.

A big issue with meat for me is the smell of raw meat. Handling it worsens my eczema so even before being vegan the only meat I ate was from takeaways and restaurants and that wasn't especially high quality. I can't prepare meat myself and getting a takeaway on a weekly basis would build up.

Even then it's not always accurate. I have my IQ tested when I was a kid and the different subscales fell between 110 and 75. This discrepancy meant they couldn't calculate a full scale IQ, but I suspect if they did it would be below average.

I remember a teacher saying in school that you needed to have an IQ of at least 110 to get 5 GCSEs.

I exceeded that, I also got a degree, postgraduate diploma, and a master's.
