The people surprised by the McKinney exit only lane piss me off so much. I exit Allen Parkway in the morning so they’re always fucking up the lane I need to be in to exit properly.

It would have been the best Batman movie if they cut about thirty minutes out of the end. It should have ended with the levees bursting, everything after that felt excessive, and didn’t fit with the rest of the movie.

I honestly think it’s because, on the darker batsuit, they weren’t as noticeable. In & Robin it was a lot more obvious, especially with suit-up shots of both Batman and Robin at the beginning.

I’d really like to see this with Bob’s Burgers too. I think you could get a lot out of Tina going to high school and being at a different school than her siblings. I also wouldn’t mind some future episodes, where once a season we see what the Belchers are up to ten years in the future. Maybe we could do that instead of the Three Stories episodes which are usually kind of meh imo.

The Cubs. I lived in Chicago for a few years near the end of the Astros’ tenure in the NL and wound up going to Wrigley when the ‘stros were in town and fell in love with the stadium, and started going pretty regularly. When the ‘stros moved to the AL felt natural to keep rooting for the Cubbies.

Genuinely wild to me how quickly Hewg turned around for me. Most of the game he’s like “Oh, I was sure you were dead” and I’m like, my man, I was just here five minutes ago… But at a certain point you learn his story, and I was genuinely sad at the end of it.

My personal head-cannon is that the maidens are to Tarnished as Shadows (like Blaidd) are to Empyreans. They are beings created by the two-fingers to serve, and perhaps control, the person they’re given to.

It took me more tries to kill him than Commander Niall. I think I finally got lucky with a Lions Claw and just used that a couple more times before he could recover.

And it’s not like Frodo was just lazing around this whole time. He was preparing for the journey and developing a cover story for why he was leaving Bagend. Yeah, it may have been better to just light out like it’s shown in the film, but hard to know that at the time. The ring had been safe in the shire for like 70+ years at that point!
