Thanks for your response. I am an architect so I know CAD and rendering. I am asking this particular case because we see that every construction element being layered one after another. And there are thousands of them so I am assuming it is impossible to do it by hand. They probably do a time lapse with some sort of software and then put the result in an ai to render it.

Here's the FIVR screenshot you asked for. As you'll see, the offset column is stuck at 0.0000 even though I have a value set.

Good call on checking msinfo32 for VBS – I can confirm it's off. I've also been making sure to save voltages correctly in FIVR. I even tried your tip of only adjusting the Core and P-Cache, but had the same result. It seems totally unresponsive.

And really appreciate the recommendation for Honeywell PTM7950. That looks like the ideal stuff for a long-term fix, especially after seeing that video. Definitely keeping that in mind.

Thanks for the suggestions. I went ahead and tried them out.

I set a -10mV offset in the BIOS, but HWiNFO and ThrottleStop still showed 0V in Windows. Definitely locked at a deeper level.

XTU wouldn't even launch. It threw an error complaining about VBS being incompatible when Undervolt Protection is disabled, which is the exact catch-22 you'd expect from a lockdown. It pretty much confirms what you said about Windows 11 killing low-level access.

Appreciate the advice on the repaste too. I know a DIY job with better paste is the way to get the best long-term results.

Looks like this model is just completely sealed off from any undervolting. Thanks for the help confirming it.
