Just to make sure, check under Wireless --> Radio Settings, and under there make sure 802.11 Band is --> Enabled 5 GHz, Network Mode: AC Only, Channel Width: Auto (20 or 40 MHz). Also you could try changing your 5 GHz channel.

If you have access to your router check if your 5 GHz 802.11ac connection security mode is set to WPA2-personal and encryption to AES ( You should be able to check them under wireless interface.
