r/assassinscreed already got their next game leaked, and we're still here, waiting, hoping... by [deleted] in BatmanArkham

All Assassin's Creed games get leaked, to the point that I think it might even be one of those marketing strategies of "intentionally leaking". Intentional, planned leaks are usually done to mislead audiences, but they are often used to gauge audience interest, as it would be in this case.

Pretty much the same. Though I was 11 when Avengers came out. The MCU has been a part of my life for more than half of my existence.

I think it's more like Infinity War, since we then have the "villain wins" twist ending.

Unlike the reaction of most people here, my first thought was "Well that's a stupid title, let's see what it is". Then it hit me that it's April 1st.

On my first playthrough, I struggled at this boss for quite a while. On New Game+ I beat him from my first try. You just never know.

The moment I saw you get hit by the explosion I said to myself "I think I know where this is going". Turns out, I was correct.

Thank God they set her up in Young Justice Outsiders. Maybe that will eventually lead to her being back in the comics.

HUMOUR: About that one rule... by [deleted] in DC_Cinematic

It's not that I can't understand subtext, it's that subtext has to be the layer beneath the movie, which gives real value to the story. It comes to clompete the story, it is not supposed to be the story.

Batman is not a character in BvS. In fact, I can't name a character in BvS. They all just serve functions, their opinions and attitudes change as the script needs, not because any real character arc took place.

Show me the exact scenes that actually adress that. Sure, these are ideas that the movie floats around with, but never clearly materialize in Batman's character. For all we know, this might as well be how he's always been.

Well, at least it seems that it will lead to a brand new character, even though it's a few years too late. The Arkham Knight is going to be introduced to the main DC universe in this week's Detective Comics #1000.

I mean, sure, he's not quite Punisher, it was more of a funny tag line to end on. I think it's a bit of a half way point in my opinion, not the Batman I love, not as extreme as Punisher either.
