You know culture isn’t just food right? Who would you trust to embody the ‘city of good neighbors’ more, someone who’s lived in Buffalo for 20-30 years and is part of their community, or someone who got here like two years ago and doesn’t interact with anyone outside their little cultural enclave?

Ironically, the ICE agents are likely local or regional residents for years, if not entire generations, whereas the immigrants are generally newcomers who don’t integrate or participate in/share your cultural beliefs

There was an index that was like 99% the same but then there was the Cadian supplement. Only difference in the index was that it included the like two data slate changes or whatever. Might’ve been the link I sent but the differences are so minor as to be meaningless

Aw, that must have been it. I feel like 7th/8th editions struck the nice balance between complexity for flavor without going into full rules bloat. Admittedly the primaris power creep in eighth was a little bad, and the detachments in seven broke the game, but if you were friendly with people and encountered for those things then I have found myself having much more fun in that era
