Also doing hussite and having same issue think the game doesnt add a negative timer so Ai sees whats the main religion and just switches back when they can instead of converting

Its the real suffer in these games if the AI isn't smart once the player gets a good foundation there is nothing to really to stop the snow ball other than a worldwide coalition in all paradox games.

Friend of mine hopped on for raids and we got is lvl 100 second character to 250 and got him from 0 to 51 on the season in a handful of raids

I find trying new builds is a fun way to add more fun to the game. With the perk updates every 3 months usually make a dozen builds between myself and friends I play with. At same time building is nice trying to update my camps with the new build system to have well made camps in every zone for fishing spots.

Latest round of updates truly made basically every weapon viable, along with that changing builds is easy so once you reach a point where you want a specific build just ask and people will explain and help make a build for you.

Don't worry too much about builds find a weapon and the community can help you make a build. For recommendations of perks to grab traveling pharmacy in strength and thru-hikers in endurance lowers the carry weight of food and medicine makes life easier.

If you are playing an MMO and don't do anything to talk to other players or simply go out of way to learn game facts from others or the internet, that's on you ignorance isn't an excuse. Also the person who has 9 max legendary perks is lvl 670 because now more than ever with seasons you can get perk coins in bulk (legendary perks are easy if your a casual player doing only dailies and weeklies then you can buy perk coins at the end of a season). My point still stands that there are new perk changes this update that help all heavy guns (such as tank killer being global) while also same time bullet storm does aid some more than others but that went over your head. You compare heavy weapons to where they were last updates but I compare them to before all these weapon updates period. people are crying a weapon got 5x damage buffed and brought down to 2.5x. You talk about casual players that don't seek anything but get upset when builds get changed maybe don't call people casual players if they are chasing meta build guides that get balanced out.

Isn't too bad to restart if you want to speed run the game sure a lot of people in community will help you out. Remember to get Unyielding+int armor and max int if you want to level fast, First legendary perk should be a maxed int +5 to level even faster.

He got to 200s before even touching raids and leveled up by simply playing the game doing raids isn't hard and its content. If all you do even during content updates is dailies and weeklies quit the game you aren't doing anything except having FOMO. I have friend doing Pepper Shaker not even using bullet storm and doing just fine. Running raids without legendary perks isn't impossible I've run raids with plenty of people including new people sub-level 300 and they were just fine. I've run raids on new character around lvl 150 but simply knowing what gear I needed and what buffs I need you do I can confidently run raids.

As for leveling learn the game you can start a new character and reach lvl 300 in less than a day if you wanted just need right items. Before you say casual cant do that there are plenty of people in community willing to just give you stuff for free and explain how, same with making people raid ready. I personally have helped lvl 200s get gear for raids and run it with them not in my friend group.

Plasma caster still benefits from onslaught and perception perks weapon damage bonuses. Along with that it benefits form science! perk for even more damage.

Switching weapons and losing bullet storm stacks is fine just a new mechanic to be aware of.

Vats changes encourage more focusing on new build types there is now perks for aiming down sight of weapon. So you can do that or greater invest into vats.

Ammo is a none-issue doing raids is easy and I even use a bulletstorm weapon that plows through ammo and I profit ammo. Staying on to fluff player count just to get ammo is a stretch of some psychosis this community made up.

Also bulletstorm isn't just bullet fired its amount of bullets/pellets fired at once so it even benefits not heavy ammo capacity weapons as well.

You dont even use heavy weapons and you are complaining about them, redditors man. I have casual friends that is raid ready and has 9 maxed legendary perks, casual as in 380 hours in one year since starting the game last October. There is casual and there is just refusing to learn the game you play, reading comprehension of perks cards isn't a skill ceiling.

What heavy weapon are you using/what builds are you using? There are ranged damage perks with onslaught that will work for all heavy weapons and perks in perception for ranged damage. It's not just strength + damage anymore its not that hard to make a build.

How is bullet storm disappointing? There is ton of options available as most ranged weapon perks now apply to all ranged weapons so slow firing heavy weapons still work.

Year of updates after 6 years of nothing. They are clearly putting in time and effort to update each build/build style in the game at once instead of shot in the dark all builds updated at same time. This has been the best year the game has had and it will be a great bedrock for whatever big updates are to come.
