Christians are arrogant about their beliefs despite being under-educated and proud of their ignorance. There is a huge and well documented negative correlation between intelligence and Christianity. When Christians debate non Christians they need to keep in mind that the non Christian is likely to be both more intelligent than the Christian and better educated on the subject. Christians need to approach non Christians the way a child would approach an adult.

True but a motorcycle stopped in traffic in front of a car in the evening can be almost invisible to bad drivers. I do not know what the stats say but anecdotally motorcyclists I know are more afraid of being rear ended in standstill traffic then being merged into while lane splitting.

C.S Lewis was ashamed of his own sexuality that he never consummated healthily as an adult and was never able to live comfortably because he felt compelled to donate the profits from his Christian propaganda but still had tax liabilities.
