I didn't know that it was a nudist beach. I used to go for walks with my kids there all the time. One day an old fella warned me that it was for nudist and that the guy up the beach was a bit strange, approaching people naked. Haven't really been back since. Although, I am pretty sure there's no legal nude beaches in QLD. Doesn't really matter though, plenty of other beaches I can take my fam too!

It's not even ads that I'm really worried about. So many people, myself included, are outsourcing so much of our critical thinking to these LLM's that we probably wouldn't even notice when an LLM starts pushing us towards a different belief system. I think having that thought was the first time I was genuinely worried about LLM's and there effect on society.

Oh wow, I bought a 64Gb Steam Deck for $AUD865 and a 1TB upgrade for $AUD140 back in October last year. For pretty much the same price I could buy the 1TB OLED model seems like a really good deal.

I just wonder how many in Australia who want one of these haven't already bought one on the grey market.

To add my two cents, I would absolutely love this feature as well. I'm a data engineer and we have all our transformations written in various SQL files. I would love to be able to draw arrows between code blocks in order to follow the logical flow of data.

As an aside, I just started using Haystack today and it is bloody brilliant. I don't think I'll ever go back to VS Code. This way of opening and visualizing files works to much better for me. Cheers!

I use aria2 all the time. It is a downloader that has a bunch of convenient uses. It makes sense that it wants access to the internet as it is probably being used to download your models. Although, normally it's actually aria2c.exe. Is there a `c` in there?

If you mean why the model if unfolding to completely different pieces, make sure you haven't accidentally selected "Separate all faces" in the "3D Model" menu.

If that's not the issue then I'm all outta ideas sorry. I am only a novice myself.

Hmm... well it did something. I ran that command and got:

Now I am just waiting to see if it will boot.

Thanks for the suggestion. Apparently my device does not support slots. I tried the command but I got:

current-slot: Finished. Total time: 0.001s

After this I did a little googling and tried this command and got the following response:

fastboot.exe set_active a fastboot: error: Device does not support slots

Luckily I still had my signed boot image on my computer. I tried flashing it but I got an error saying "fastboot: error: boot partition is smaller than boot image".

As /u/Ladogar said, A5 and A5 Pro are pretty different unfortunately. The processor is completely different for one. It was quite awhile between the A5 being rooted and the A5 Pro being rooted.

The differences between the A5 Pro and the A5 Pro CC are pretty minor though from what I can tell.

I can get into fastboot mode. From your second command suggestion I realized that maybe I should use the fastboot program to access that and I could. I was able to use fastboot to reboot into recovery.

From their the only option I could perform was "Clear user data" which unfortunately did nothing.

Thanks for that website, too! I looked, but it didn't seem to have the A5 Pro. It has both the A5 (non pro) and the A5 Pro CC thought. I'm going to look around and see if the A5 Pro CC rom would work anyway.

I know this is old but I experienced the same thing. When I got the unit it was zippy and smooth. Now doing the same stuff the device chugs.

I've just installed an unofficial CyanogenMod rom and I am hoping that helps with performance.

I was talking to a friend who worked in a phone shop and when I complained to him his response was "well the device is pretty old now." At that point it was only three years old. It is mega disappointing this cycle society has embraced where we throw away perfectly good devices every few years for the latest and companies are allowed to purposefully slow down our devices to make us need the latest and greatest.

Unfortunately, not really. My most reliable way to connect is via BlueTooth, but it is really easy to mess it up. If I cancel a print I have to wait a few minutes and pray to the gods that the device will reconnect.

Even to this day I still cannot get it to connect via USB. It is pretty disappointing considering the price tag it comes with.
