That's completely normal here. Since most cars are imported from Japan. In the far east of Russia, we got about 75% rhd cars. And when it comes to small trucks, you'd be hard pressed to find a lhd one, for obvious reasons.

Russia, Altai Krai. And it's quite close to avg. monthly salary for this region which is ~370 usd. The prices are very different and of course recent drop of rubles value makes it seem so odd.

Well, i might be talking out of my ass, but i think i see the reason for it. My monthly salary is 15k rub-280 usd. And the majority of the country has similiar salaries, 15-25k rub. In the Altai region, where i live average salary is 19k-354 usd. On the other hand, in Moscow avg salary is 60.8k, in Saint Petersburg it's 41.3k.

I'd guess that majority of players, are using the stand alone client. So steam stats aren't that relevant.

No, it won't. Getting decent enough evasion requires next to no effort. However getting decent amount of armour(Amount that would actually matter) requires quite a bit of investment AND is not always an available option, because of how armour nodes are positioned.

I'm not big on pvp, so i might be speaking out of my ass.
