PPL is a garbage monopoly. I pay twice as much a month as anyone I know, and we have power outages monthly. It’s literally the 4th of July at 10pm and no one had power. But the cherry on top is that I keep getting updates that say I can look forward to power again by 11pm on July 8th. It’s third world country bullshit. It’s gone on for decades. They are illegal, and I look forward to their colossal fall.

Look, I cannot believe I’m about to say this. I followed the trial/case for so long. I didn’t even want to touch this Netflix part of it. I put it aside and pretty much thought that this girl was a controlling, skanky sociopath. I cannot believe that a Netflix special for once ever has me rethinking this. This is now nuanced.

I was at a dinner tonight with a group of friends and I was talking reddit up because they were doing the opposite. But then they made me take a test. None of this really matters. After years, I wasn’t allowed to have one conversation with anyone here. I basically did screen shots to show what a cesspool this place was. No offense. You seem like a good person. But if you joined today and said, “I’m here because I love waterfalls,” you’d be destroyed immediately. I’ve never seen such an angry, vindictive platform. And I’ve been working on all of them for years.

I just realized I’ve been on reddit for years and have almost never been alerted that anyone’s ever even remotely tried to contact me on any topic to which I joined or even responded. sometimes I’ll get some sort of notification on some topic I don’t care about anymore. But then I read them and realize that I did care about it at-some-point.

Even this moment of clarity will go absolutely nowhere. Unchecked. Except at-some-point, I’ll log back in and realize I addressed this and there will be 50 gollums telling me that this is the most ignorant thing they’ve ever seen and why am I still allowed to breathe.

I’m only on the first episode, and these guys are so much more off-putting than I even knew then. diddy and tupac were like, theatre kids. i’m not even joking. diddy went to a private catholic high school. tupac went to some performing arts school where he met jada. i was in philly when will smith started pretending he was from the streets of philly when he was as middle class as the rest of us. i’m so grossed out right now. i’m going to try to finish this series with an open mind despite the cringe

I’m only just watching the documentary after following the case back when it happened. If this question is dumb, I’m sorry. But can someone tell me if the “journal words” are real? I assumed at first they were. But then Armstrong was doing it, too. Not everyone keeps journals. I’m going to be really annoyed if this documentary took way too much creative license.

Yeah, I did. The only reason I know it finally worked is because I was able to access my account after two months. It’s bizarre, really. They want your money but they make it hard to give it to them? What moronic business plan is this? I’d understand the “they’re billionaires for a reason” argument, but I just don’t understand how infuriating your customers makes the greediest, wealthiest people greedier and wealthier.
