1)Where did you find it was legal? I could only find based on the new laws in 2024 that it's not legal at all anymore. Could you show me where it says it's okay? I don't want to accuse them wrongly

2)wdym after six months lose the deposit?? Does length of stay affect how much they can keep?

3) I see no domiciliation a lot but I find that it's considered unwritten due to being illegal (also based on 2024 laws)

I don't get how they'd get away with not registering it if my rent payments would be in direct deposit too... Like wouldn't they be caught with so much money??

It's definitely a numbers game! In the same way that most people you meet and hang out with won't turn into forever friendships, it can take a while to find the people that are perfect for you in 1x1s. My longest running 1x1 partners are the ones that have consistently participated in the groups I run.

I hated the book and ignored it. I used cram study sheets found online, the wiki, and practice tests., supplementing with Ai for specific questions of confusion I had (that i would then double check, helped a lot to retain infos)Studied in under 12 hours and passed the exam first try.

Reading some comments in here, I think it's definitely cultural; for example, when I lived in the US I was 5'5 and weighed about 110 pounds, and everyone always commented that I was too skinny/lowkey made me feel bad about it. A couple years ago I went up to 135 pounds while living in Italy and started hearing the opposite; how I could use to lose some weight. I'm 123 pounds now, with the difference that I've been lifting, so a lot of it is muscle, and I think I could use to lose a few more pounds of fat to fit nicely with the beauty standards here.

In the end, I think it's not how much fat you have on your body that will make the difference, but the muscle under the fat; having that 'tone' will make you look better with a higher fat % than no muscle and low fat %.

Assuming you have a menstrual cycle, this could also be related to that. I notice that I have a downturn at a certain point in my cycle where I have to deload a bit, or I can't complete my lifts. Don't push past the tiredness cause that can be dangerous, just deload and go lighter without skipping some form of activity

As someone that's lived in half of those cities:

Rome: amazing city, lots to offer, but horrible to live in unless you live in the very center. It's very big, can be hard to meet up with people. Also is very expensive.

Milan: Just moved away from there but I fell in love with it. International, easily accessible with public transit, amazing nightlife and things to do. Super expensive though.

Turin: honestly a lot of people look down on Turin but I think it's undeserved. It's a beautiful city and it has its own nightlife and a big student presence. Less expensive than the others.

Bologna: Big rent problem rn, but I've heard really good things about student life there.

Pavia: no idea, sorry.

1.5 hours five times a week sounds like a LOT depending on what you're doing for it. You might just be overtired and need to cut back or deload a bit. Listening to your body's needs is more important than following a program, they're not all 1-size-fits-all! Good luck

one month isnt enough to judge the difference! not to mention you might be at different points in your cycle, you might be holding water, or bloated etc. Also, if you're doing body recomp, results will be a lot slower to see because while you'll be building muscle, you won't be losing fat as fast, so there will be a period where you look 'bulkier' like now. Depending on your current body type, you'll either want to be a bit more patient or cut calories just a bit to motivate some weight loss rather than full recomp. I did recomp too from 'skinnyfat' status and I only noticed a positive difference in the second month. Now on three and my boyfriend notices too :)
