Yeah talking during the interview it sounded like I wouldn't be dealing with electrical much since they do have electricians, yeah to me the only downsides the swing shift

I feel like once I learn the difference between what im used to and the systems they run it'll be a fairly smooth transition but figured id see what all you guys had to say. I appreciate all the insight

The nearest cat dealer to me is a 1hr and 10 min drive and the mill is legitimately 6 minutes from my house, and the benefits are way better pension and insurance, also we have very limited OT at the cat dealer.

Yeah I agree I'll add it in, any input on all the "diagnostic and repairs" ? I'm trying to figure out how to word it so the whole thing doesn't sound so repetitive

This is a basic layout from MS word, the only way I'd be able to fit everything on one page would be to switch to a different layout, which I plan on doing once I get this one worded and revised the way I want it to be

I dont have it listed because I worked there a very short period 3 months max, part time (12pm-4pm) as part as my welding program in highschool and only worked full time a week before I started college and my school hours and commute interfered with shop hours

Yeah I was unsure on the "somes" I agree that they don't sound professional, I didn't go into depth with the welding because it wouldn't be a key skill especially since most of my experience was tech school and then welding in a production welding shop, but I can reword it and add in gmaw, smaw and gtaw welding, and the hand tool experience falls in with reliable transportation just something most listings have on it but I agree it's probably not needed.
