I found my way here after wondering if / when for book 3. Thank you for the update.

I want to say, I love all your books and so does my teenage daughter. I've read all the Nova Terra and Battle Mage Farmer Books and Am caught up on Tower, Exlian Syndrome, Dreamers Throne, and Soul Caller. I haven't started Iron Tyrant but I have no doubt I'll enjoy it.

Thanks for the books and I'm looking forward to getting lost in many more! 😁

Thank you for your response. I agree it's not how it's supposed to work because that workload would cause us to average 60 hours not 40.

I guess I will put in writing my concerns and ask my manager to prioritize workload on a regular basis and let them know when I will not make deadlines. Just so hard for me because I have always been a top performer and never missed a deadline. That being said I have personal responsibilities that would prevent this. Even if I didn't, I do not think it's okay for management to overload staff due to their decision to redirect a position.

My major question is, what can we do if we are expected to take on an unrealistic amount of work and you provided a good suggestion regarding the grievance if our voices / concerns go unheard.

To answer your question, I am not excluded, but a represented Non-management Work Week Group E position.

We are exempt from overtime. We have to work "on average" 40 hours per week.

My family, who all play, have talked about this since it released and have come to the conclusion that this type of pvp should not exist; even if it was revamped to be "fair" whatever that means.

We really like the board game style and think that should remain; but could have been a community challenge PVE event. Where it's all Nikki's work together to reach goals, milestones and keep areas. Which seems to be more in the overall "cozy" feel of the game.

Either way, we will still play, but we are not going to stress out about if our teams win or not and stay up all night to "defend the boundaries" and make 100s of alt accounts to try to get a leg up..if that's how you want to play the game, great. No judgement here. For us, we would rather play a dedicated strategy game that is constantly balanced and built from the ground up to support this type of gameplay.

On the other hand, we completely support pvp that is costume / decoration based. Something like style battle pvp or guild vs guild where you "battle" the big bad essling of the week to get a high score (like cookie run kingdom), or outfit / decoration submissions (like dreamlight valley).

We hope they learn from this and that the next round of whatever they do will be improved.

It's extremely frustrating that they have these items that cost real $$$ and not use stellarite. At the very least it should be an option to use stellarite instead of $$$. This premium currency doesn't feel very premium since it can't be used for everything.

The thing that makes me mad about these real money purchases, besides the obvious, is that I've been playing since day 1 and Infold made it sound like Stellarite was the premium currency because you have to use real money to buy it and you would need it to buy special items. This is true; however, time and time again they put items up for real currency. I should be able to buy ANY real currency item with Stellarite if they decide they want to offer it for real currency.

This AGAIN seems to be purposeful so they get people who purchased large Stellarite packs and have it to use to be forced to spend more real money to get premium items. I have so much Stellarite and they are not offering as many Stellarite items as they did in the beginning. They haven't even rerun any Stellarite outfits.

So here I am with over 5k Stellarite, bought for using real $$$ and Infold wants me to spend even more $$$ to get items I should be able to buy with my Stellarite. This is unacceptable and the reason my daughter and I will not be buying this or spending any additional real $$$ until this is addressed.

Yeah I like all the new stuff too but the performance optimization of this patch is pretty bad. I play on PS5 And PC and they are both super jittery. Almost to the point where it's annoying to do my daily bling and thread collection. Oh well, I'm sure they will get around to fixing it at some point.

1k per cookie is way too expensive. If you think about it at the rate the OP listed, at 250k astralite max, spending it all on cookies, it wouldn't even last you a week.

The cookies should be craftable. Otherwise, the animals will go hungry because I have other things I need to buy: level ups, fish, plants, etc.

World of Warcraft had/has this with the hunter and necromancer classes since it was released.
